Hello, my name is Alexandra Rosa, M.Psy, RYT and I am the Founder & CEO of The Blooming Sunflower. The Blooming Sunflower offers modern and holistic solutions to boost immunity and support physical and mental health to help you work better, perform better, and live a better life. We incorporate mindfulness techniques, yoga practices, breathwork, sound therapy, journaling, and nutritional education into our holistic workshops and coaching.
